ok well im tryin to do a project in which I make a scanline inside a text.
I know how to do that, but what i want to do is have a pattern overlay or an image with clipping mask to the text, to show up whenever the scanline goes by.
Kinda like this video's intro, look at the FPS part.
I know its done in AE but i've seen it done of Photoshop
