after i completed an animation i added a small thing on last frame, mistakenly in wrong mode and saved without noticing that it now appears on all frames how do i get rid of this? Am reluctant to experiment since i'm worried to loose hours of work.

more details is needed I assume it is not on its own layer. is it in front of a solid colour so you could just paint over it how long is the animation??? screen shot ?? or better still upload the animation or psd.

Yeah like H said if its got a solid colour behind it through all of the animation you could paint it maybe, if you have varying dark and light portions then you are paddling without a boat mate.
Post your file lets have a look see.

I only recently started to play with animation, so they all are experiments, i would like to share this one but think i might have to reduce the size for uploading. I have not the fastest connection here. The Animation is 64 frames long, all frames are in solid colors, lots of action below the scribble, actually i tried over painting and again this then happened on all frames. Unfortunately i am a bit week on the proper jargon. i am working on it in CS3

ha! it seams i actually fixed it just now! - It was on its own overlying frame which i could delete. An unnecessary panic moment.... but thanks heaps for support!
