I made an animated .GIF image in photoshop CS4 and exported it with the default settings for use on the web. I previewed the file from my computer, and all was fine both in Firefox (most recent version) and quicktime. I decided to upload the image to my Myspace page and when it plays these random white pixels show up, and seem to stall for a set time before disappearing near the end of the animation. here is the URL of the image [ http: // iewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=255009774&albumID=2648&imageID=14750377 ]
-Do I need to change some settings when I save, or should I try to host the image from a photo site that accepts GIF images?
-At this time I do not have any web hosting space or a personal web page with real server space, but if I did would the same thing happen to this image?
