Animated Gif problem

I'm trying to make a loading animated gif.

But as you can see its not very transparent and I keep on getting these white bits appearing.
Can anyone help me make it better? more smooth and less random bits appearing.

If you export the gifs as a series of jpegs, you can then edit each frame and remove the white bits. Once done, you can then recompile the frames into a working gif file again.
