Animated camera, lights and 3D animation in Aftereffects

The last few weeks have been really busy for me. I accepted a promotion at work which requires me to work 48 hours a week. As if that's not enough, I started back in college. Going for a Bachelor's in multimedia design and development. Despite this, I managed to break away into Photoshop and then of course Aftereffects. The result of this is in this video I worked on last night.
