An incredibly simple question?

Just a quick question, how would i re-colour the attached picture, but do it so that different parts were in different colours. I.e. the petals would be blue and the stem red.

In photoshop there are several ways to do this. The simplest method is something my kids love to do.

Pick out the paintbrush of your choice.
Pick the color.
Then at the top of the screen in Photoshop - where you have tool options set the brush from Normal to Color.

Additionally you could do this using masks etc.

This assumes you start with a black and white photo or you turn the image b/w to start out with. Cheers -7
