I have spent all morning cutting a hole in my wall and trying to figure out how to run wire so I can mount a light on the wall. I suppose if the TV were off, I would be closer to being done, but it's my sanity at the moment, so it stays on. :bustagut:

This definitely not something I can fix in photoshop, yikes.

It's only two wires, a hot and a ground, and it will work regardless of how you connect them.

If you want to add a switch then run the ground directly to the light, connect the hot wire to one side of the switch and the other side of the switch goes to the light.

Yeowzer, there is no way I'm following that advice. I'm thinking the "lol" gave it away.

Well there really wasn't a problem other then it took most of the morning to drill a hole, run some wire, and put one of them plastic "J" boxes in the hole. Did the other side in about 10 minutes.
