An efficient way to fill in template of inside pages of an advertisement journal

Dear All,

I have already designed a template for in-pages of an advertisement journal for an exhibition though
there are many participating companies which I have to fill there information in a this one template.

Is there any proper procedure that take cares of this issue? e.g. An script, plugin or any add-on or
extra software?
