All tool bars and side bar tools have disappeared

All I see is the workspace. I went into preferences and I am attaching what I see. I want to get all the tools back and the panel on the left that shows options and layers. What should I do?

do you have the windows for "tools" and "options" enabled

AH! Thank you. I would never have thought to look under Windows. Easy, when you know how.

You may have pressed the Tab key accidentally. Pressing Tab makes all the toolbars and sidebars disappear to allow you to view your image without all the surrounding clutter. Press Tab again to restore the toolbars.
