After Effects All effects are ignored when rendering.

Hi guys.
Im new to after effects and having a little issue. When I try to export my clip to .mov AE creates an output file, that has my video with no effects applied to it. They are all ignored.
I could only find one setting in render settings that I thought might fix it. Effects: All on.
Still same result.

What effects you're trying to apply ? have to tried exporting to mp4 ? mpeg ? etc ?
