Adjusting Lighting on Depressed Button

Hello, I have a javascript button whose graphics I made in Photoshop. I'm satisifed with the way the button looks, but I don't like how it looks when I push it (depress the button).

I've used the exact same image for the normal and depressed, just without the drop shadow, and nudged the box 5 pixels down and right (the same size as the drop shadow). This gives the impression of the box being "pushed down."

The problem is that there is a lighting effect on the button to give it the gel-look. However, if a button were to shift or move, you would expect the lighting to also shift and move accordingly. At the very least the lighting would not remain the same. My button has the lighting exactly the same for both, which makes it look very odd when you push it.

Anyone able to help me in figuring out how to adjust the lighting to match the way it SHOULD look please? I have no idea how the lighting effect should even look, so I don't know where to start. I have really zero experience in dealing with lighting, and the button itself I made by following this tutorial:

Here is a link to the button in action:

I hope I've been clear in what I'm trying to accomplish Thanks for any help!

This is easy.

First of all check the Use Global Light in all Effects settings. Now, to add a shift to "lighting" right click on Effects in Layers panel, choose Global Light... and tweak the Altitude value.
