Adding fonts in photoshop CS

How can i add fonts in Photoshop CS, something like from this site

Just download any new fonts into your general font folder, and they should pop up in any programme that uses fonts, including Photoshop.

I don't know if the font folder is always in the same place, probably depends on your PC setup. Mine's on c: \windows\fonts

Add them to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts" or a similar folder existing in your system.
This way, the fonts will ONLY be used by Adobe products and will not stress your system resources.
