Hi I am pretty new to photoshop, I have elements 6. My problem is I have had a logo made for me to use on my photographs, I was told to open both photos, and then drag the logo on top of the photo position it where I want it then flatten the image.
I have tried this but it doesn't work, what am I doing wrong ?
I have made a watermark myself before, saved it and then added to a photograph with no problems

When you say it doesn't work, is it giving you a window with a warning?

I don't get a window or anything. Its hard to explain. When I made my own watermark and saved it I found it easy to just open the layer with the w/m on and use on on my photo. But because the logo was made and sent to me, I am unsure how to open it on a photo - sorry does that make any sense ?

I'm not sure, open both images in Photoshop then you can drag the watermark drop on top of the picture.

Hi sikoare, besides what has been suggested, describe what it is exactly that's not working!

For instance, I can only see the logo, or I can only see the photo.

Elements works in layers just like Photoshop, if you drag the logo document on top of the photo document, you should have two layers. If you can only see the logo, this is a matter of opacity. It's also very important that the logo was created on a transparent layer.
