Add Text with Texture

Hi, I'd like to basically edit the text on this bullet casing so it says something different. I need to keep the same "textured" look though. More looking for pointers on how to do it rather than someone doing it for me.

One way use the clone tool to cover the current lettering, download a 'chiseled font' and refer to THIS tutorial.

There used to be a tutorial about how to do this that I saw many years ago. I have searched for it and it would appear that it has been taken down. It was basically what @Babine suggested and then using a STONE ENGRAVING LAYER STYLE on the new text.
