Specific Add lines to model

Hi, I need my model to have smooth, dissecting lines similar to the example provided but more yellow-green color. I need the lines to look futuristic and follow muscle contours of the body naturally. I need the lines on her face, arms, chest, waist, and legs. You can select any placement you like. But there should be at least 7 lines and maybe at most 10?

I realize this is what you asked for, but don't you think that the clothing/gloves/armbands on the model wold coverup any "cyborg" lines? The lines would not be seen over clothing, at the very least, perhaps a slight glow underneath the clothing.

Quick playing with effect. I don't have the time at the moment to complete.
