I've created an action where I do different things to the file and save as 3 different files from the same file. When doing the save as I delete 2 characters from the end of the name and add an _r3, plus I add a "pep" to the front of the name. My problem is when using the action it save any file I use it on as the same name.

Add a Pause in the action for input.
You would have to type a unique name for each new image.
