Filters Access About info popup for filters

In AE and PPro it is easy to access the About dialog. I do not see where this is available in Photoshop. The filter dialog does not have a widget that can be clicked to display the About window, neither is it visible under layers - where I have applied it as a smart object.

How do I view the About window ?
