Accentuate this tyre

Hi someone has been fly tipping? I would like to accentuate this tyre pattern with photoshop to try and identify them any pointers appreciated thanks.

Thanks all the same i was thinking of creating a mask using maybe black and white to bring out the pattern and hide the noise of grass mud etc.
