Good Evening,

I'm trying to recreate the polka dots from A very hungry caterpillar but not sure were to start I spent more than an hour researching on line to get images but i couldnt find ail_570xN_246334218.jpgny high resolution ones.

can some one help me how to do the polka dots in photoshop like the ones from A Very hunger Catapillar? Maybe someone has a tutorial?
