A Request to remove two objects

I Need to remove the people who are inside the pool and the guy standing on the top left corner (outside the pool).



any help with that will be highly appreciated.

I like my women hot, but not quite lobster red hot, LOL.

Seriously tho ... I decreased the excess redness of the subject's skin as well as making a few other, more subtle changes (eg, contrast, sky, sharpness, etc.)
