#1, cant really put a finger on it but the render and the BG seem to be conflicting each other.
#2, if the colors of the render were a bit brighter it would have made it a lot better.
i agree with agentmoeller, #3 is the best of the three.

Just my $0.02 here:

1) it's great! but the render needs to stand out a little more, it seems to lose itself in the rest of the image, maybe a 1px black or white stroke?

2) The text blends in a little too much i'm struggling to see it, and i think there needs to be some more color definition. try duplicating the optimus layer, de-saturating it, and setting the blend mode to overlay. it should make the color "pop" a little more
