4 questions about flowing water?

I´ve been trying several times to make a waterfall animation (with flowing water) by Photoshop
CS 4, but still without success!

- Which filters should I use?
- How many layers should I use and do I need masks?
- What time do I set a frame (in the animation)?
- How do I save the file (for a website) in the right way?

Everything will depend on length of the animation and the detail you may want the waterfall effect to be.

First you need to create your flowing water. Here's a tutorial that will start you on your way. Do the image you have in mind with this tutorial. You may have to modify it to suit your needs.

Hi... I'm back on...

It's a waterfall image. use the water in the image by isolating it on a layer.... make layer copies and using the warp and transform tools , manipulate the water to give it an illusion of movement.

I don´t understand what you mean! (I´m a newbie!) Hereby I upload the image.
