Dear All,

Greetings. I'm very new to this forum and would like to say hello to all of you. Photoshop is simply a great tool, and every time I use it, I realize there is so much more to learn. =)

I am presently facing a challenge which I hope you can help me with. I'm casting shadows on a text, but the effect is leaving a slightly tinted color (where the ground plane) on the background. The shadows cast on the text are just fine, but where the other parts of the ground is, it's leaving a different shade of color. So if my background is white, you'd be able to see a slightly different shade of color (where the ground plane was) compared to the background. I don't know if you understand what I mean. I can post a pic of it if that will help.

Am hoping I can solve this!!

Regards,
Bensra
