Hi everyone! So I have the privilege of creating the next challenge, because I won the last one. I'm a huge Horror fan and since Halloween is coming up I thought I would kick it off with a fun little Frankensteins' Monster creation.
Imade a short tutorial (forgive me) showcasing some easy techniques that any level PS user can incorporate and use in this contest to make spectacular entry.
For the beginning user I specifically used PS filters to counter the mistaken and often offered perception that these filters are for amateurs and should never be used. To which I say it's not the tool that matter, it's how well you know how to use it. OK on to the rules: I created this challenge, so I will not be participating with an entry, and the one I made for the tutorial doesn't count.
The winner of this contest will have the option of creating the next challenge and have two day to create and post it. The deadline for this challenge is Monday Oct 1st 10:00 pm GMT.
Lastly, I just want to remind everyone that while this is a monster challenge and a certain amount of blood and gore is expected and acceptable. Please remember that we have younger members here so keep it PG-13 Have Fun!!

Good tutorial too, you definitely went the extra mile.
