Specific 1935 studio fire picture in PDF of magazine needs clarity

Thank you to everyone of you great team who looks these requests. I am trying to bring to life local history and all your amazing help is of such a benefit. This picture is from the 1935 fire which destroyed the major part of the studio. It is probably hard/impossible to enhance to show the devastation but keeping my fingers crossed. All of you are so skilled that if anyone thinks a screenshot from the film demonstrates a better impression than the newspaper picture feel free (bit of a cheeky request I know!!)
