15 degree triangle/segment thing

I want to draw a triangle with one corner at exactly 15 degrees. I want to then copy and paste and shift that triangle many times (12 in fact to create a circle). So it has to be a selection or something that will allow me to copy. Can someone please tell me how to do this?
