    Photo Manipulation Turning a city into kinda cyberpunkish

    I've created a few similar layers with the same style but different color, blue, green, yellow and red, and then simply drew around frames of the adds. I've also lowered saturation and brighteness of the original image and then restored it in the middle of ads' frames

    Need help w Neon Sign design for Tiki Hut

    Folks, Trying to edit an existing known graphic to reflect my last name for a custom Neon Sign for my newly constructed Tiki Hut. Changing the classic Donkey Kong logo to my last name, "Romkey Kong". Resolution isn't too critical...hopefully this doesn't violate any of the trademark rules.
