PhotoshopCS5 crashing with Intuos4

Need help with my new intuos4 art pen
I have a gateway M-7301-U laptop running Vista, Photoshop CS4. and just recently bought an Intuos4 wireless tablet, and an Art Pen (KP701E2), which allows a brush in Photoshop to be rotated as the barrel of the pen is rotated on the tablet.
