PLEASE HELP to understand this Half tone dilemma
Hi to everyone. I saw this paint and wanted to recreate this effect in photoshop but the only thing I'm able to create is straight lines halftone but have no idea how mo make those lines rounded. Thank you in advance.- ramielyoung

halftones... I think? Need Help!
So I am trying to figure out how to do this effect shown in the picture, but I am having some trouble.
