Does Photoshop have any sort of built-in feature that provides grid lines or guidelines that are evenly-spaced concentric circles, similar to the example below?- Rich54

How do crop image around guidelines?
I just want to make the spaces to the far left and right of the vertical guidelines the same black as the background. How do I do this? Thanks- Mason Dixon
