Not sure what this is or how to get rid of it??
I don't know what this thing is but it somehow got on my psd, I'm not sure when, but now I can't get rid of it? It only goes away when I use the move tool, I would really appreciate some help!- Amanda Ackerman

Cursor stuck as crosshair
Photoshop CC v2015.1.2 Win10 64 Suddenly my cursor for everything including brushes and tools is stuck as a sort of crosshair. Changing it in preferences has no effect. Any ideas if this can be cured please?- brian99
