    Specific Touch up eyes

    I would like to make one more touch up request (hope to put photos on a Christmas card). I have a lazy eye (left), and could use slightly whiter teeth. By the way my eyes are blue-grey. And if possible, not as big of a deal as it may make things not look natural, smooth out my face/chest...

    What tools/filters for retouching face/complexion ?

    What tools/filters should I use for making someones face/complexion look better (in photoshop). - ie: better complexion and a bit more smooth skin.. (its popular in Asian Photos and it makes the face look slightly plastic). here are typical examples of what I mean:
