    Thats kind of what I did. I found the best quality, easiest to photoshop image and I removed all but the E myself. Thats as far as my humble skills go.

    Ohhh man, how did you find that?? I searched days and night and couldn't find a blank page. Learned how to remove letters in photoshop (all but the E) and now you find this :)
