Hangover Poster Head Swap

I am pretty new to Photoshop and unfortunately for this project I have photoshop elements.

I am attempting to put my brother and his friend's heads on the Hangover poster to use as they run for student body prez and vice prez at their High School. http://www.cinemasterpieces.com/aapics09/hangover.jpg

My problem lies in the fact that I really need the pen tool to grab their heads in a clean way.

Any help you might be able to provide would be great.
