I've had this for a while but just for Ai. I basically made a vector LED, then patterned them into Letters like a Digital Scoreboard. If you can create your letters in Ai, (Pattern & Size etc) then cut/paste in to Photoshop for use in an image, and do any skewing etc there.
The file contains 4 colors of LED, in a large & small format. The Numbers & letters already made are all in the small format, in the yellowy orange.
