I could do one for you, but I suppose you want to be able to check different colour variations, correct ?
I think it would be better when you write what do you strugle with.
Just for beginning your steps :
1. open the picture
2. open Adjustment layers window if not already there
3. find Photo filter adjustment layer
4. pick your first colour in it
5. create mask ( square with circle in it in Layers window )
6. click on the mask icon to be able to paint into it
7. with black brush mask what you do not want to change by Colour filter

Let us know if you have any problems/questions

Can you please do one for me with blue colour as a trial purpose, but I want it to be blended in so it does really look like the wall it self.

Thank you very much.

Sorry I do not have it anymore, I deleted it after upload, but you see how it was done, it cannot take you more than ten minutes to reproduce it. Look on the Layers panel, you have all the information there.

I like that ethan. This is an old thread but here is another easy method.

Select the wall, fill the selection on a layer above, set it to color. Duplicate the layer, set it to multiply and decrease the opacity till you have the color you want.
