Everytime I type my sentance moves backwards?

Usually when I type in CS6, it will just be like typing normal. Except all of a sudden when I type. The sentance starts to move backwards and when I put something like a ? or a ! the symbols will go to the beggining of the sentance. It is really annoying.

Im sorry but that is not the problem. When I type the little line which flashes when you type goes to the beggining of the text but the words stay in the same order. But the words begin the move backwards across the canvas.

I am convinced Steve is right, in my Photoshop this is even default behaviour. Can you check the end of my picture, does your look the same ?

Reset Type Engine in Prefs. CS6 supports Hebrew and other languages with right to left writing. Apparently you've switched to this mode somehow

I do not think so, if this was the case her words would be turned over, like "ekil" instead of "like", but her words are correct as far as she writes.

On the other hand even right text alignment does not explain why would question and exclamation marks jump to the beginning of the line.

I know im a bit late. I got the same problem but just got it solved.

Just change this Digit option to Arabic.

Going to preferences>Type> changing to east Asian fixed this same problem for me!

Not sure if this you found the fix or not, but what I did to fix it was to go into the TYPE Menu -> Lenguage Options -> Left-Right Character direction.

I hope that helps. Or you ccan also do it like in the image I add.

I was having the problem, to where if I punctuated anything they'd end up at the beginning of my text.
I looked at my character & paragraph settings like the pic above ^ & I realized in the paragraph options I somehow clicked on the paragraph icon to go that direction. Not sure if you did the same thing but I literally just found this out for myself trying to correct it & decided to share. Hopefully you got your problem fixed!

when u select your type tool,in the windows on your right which is associated with the tool u select,in your type settings,look for paragraph settings,there u will see little icons layout of how the cursor/text moves when u type,select the appropriate paragraph type settings.
