matt metallic color change

Well this is my 'dilema'.. i want to change this blue Focus in to a similar clour scheme as the Mk2 Focus a matt metallic grey.. this is what people are telling me cannot be done as the 'matt' effect can be recreated??

This is my 15 min try, using masks, color overlays,adjustment layers, but mostly thanks to Diffuse "Filter> stylize >Diffuse".

Thats excellent Mr Maximus and you did that in 15mins.. Just goes to show i'm in the right place as i was constantly told this could not be done... but i'd agree with ibclair thats looking pretty matt to me:mrgreen:
