How can I round the picture corners?

I'm new in Photoshop, and I'd like to format a picture to my website.
I need to have a round sape at the bottom and normal square in the top.
How can i do this?

If all you're wanting is round corners on your pics, you can buy a rounder at pretty much any craft store. I love them, it makes the pics so unique.
